VMIX, a leading carrier-class online video platform provider, today announced the public availability of Vidcinity, a free mobile application for location-based video capture and discovery.
The new iPhone app, available on the App Store, lets users upload and pin video to a precise geographic location. Vidcinity then notifies other users of the app nearing that locale that a video is available for viewing.
