Virgin Mobile Rolling Out Samsung Intercept Froyo Update

After months of anticipation and silent delays, Virgin Mobile has confirmed that the long awaited Android Froyo update for the Samsung Intercept will begin its rollout today via OTA update over the next few weeks. The update includes all of the common Froyo updates such as improved Exchange compatibility, app installs on memory cards, improved Bluetooth support and voice dialing fixes for stability complaints and new dialer, browser and app icons on the home screen.
