If you have been hanging on and passing up the Apple iPad and Samsung Galaxy Tab in favour of the Dell Streak 7 tablet to become available on the T-Mobile network, your long for the 4G tablet wait is almost over.
According to article over on Toms Guide by Marcus Yam, apparently the Dell Streak 7 will become available via T-Mobile as of tomorrow the 2nd of February, although apparently unlike the Dell Streak 5 the Dell Streak 7 doesn’t sport phone functionality.
According to Dell, the Streak 7 tablet specs are a 7 inch multi-touch display, 1.33 megapixel front facing camera, Android 2.2 Froyo operating system which is upgradeable, so presumably will pack Android 3.0 Honeycomb at some point, Flash 10.1, WiFi, Bluetooth and 16GB of internal storage.
Price wise apparently the Dell Streak 7 unsubsidised will set you back $450 and if you are prepared to sign up to T-Mobile for a two year term the tablet will cost $199.99.
While I was checking out Dell for the specs for the device I also came across a Dell Streak 7 promo video, which I have embedded below for your viewing pleasure,…enjoy.
