As well as having the smallest pixel size of new Toshiba CMOS image sensor is also equipped with rear side illumination (BSI) technology, together with the sensitivity of the image and performance. As smartphones continue to include more technology in their box sizes shrinking the new CMOS miniaturization will help you with without losing image quality and performance. The back-side illumination technology used by new CMOS lens in back of the sensor – in the silicon substrate – rather than the front, where the wiring limits the absorption of light. Helping to maintain the quality / performance in a smaller CMOS, including: 30 frames per second. (8 million pixels), 60 frames per second. (Compatible with 1080p, 720p).
