LG Thrill 4G has been shown in the AT&T website, with no dates yet. However, there is a development in this section since the price of the 3D smartphone has been unveiled, even $99.99 with a new two-year contract. However, there have been rumors spreading around that the new AT&T handset might be out as early as August 7. Even though it has already been launched in other markets as the LG Optimus 3D, having it exclusive for AT&T customers is still a good sign.
It fills customers in with specs such as a Dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor, a PowerVR SGX540 for its video processor, with 512 MB RAM, all coming out in Froyo, which can be updated to Gingerbread upon purchase. It also brags of its dual 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, which can capture videos at 720p and 1080p. It also has 8GB on-board storage that can be expanded to 32GB via MicroSD.
