Microsoft has released new updates this week to patch a discovered security flaw within its Office for Mac 2011 suite of applications. The security flaw within the Office for Mac 2011 software could be used by an attacker to overwrite the contents of a computer’s memory using a small piece of malicious code.
The new updates rolled out who this week also cover Office 2004, 2008 for Mac and bring with them added stability and security and reliability and Microsoft is encouraging all users of their Mac Office software to upgrade.
