Froyo is already getting stale, while Gingerbread is being munched update after update on more mobile phones. Reports are mentioning that there will be a new Google Nexus device coming out this Thanksgiving, where it is expected to have a tastier treat in the form of an Android 4.0 also known as the Ice Cream Sandwich. As it is anticipated to be unwrapped on the approximate date, it does not have any carrier partners yet, although most critics are positive that it will be a Verizon phone.
The Ice Cream Sandwich will come out in a large and stuffy serving with a phone, full of heavy features. To begin with, the new Nexus 4G presents a monstrous screen of 1280 x 720 pixels 720p HD, with no keypad, just a raw large screen. It also has a dual-core 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz CPU, with either an OMAP 4460 or 28nm Krait-based Snapdragon for graphics and dual faced camera for 1 megapixel at the front and 5 megapixels at the back, which is capable of 1080p HD video capture and playback.
