Well folk’s looks like the iOS faithful are extremely eager to attend Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference in San Francisco on the 6th of June, and if you want to attend it appears you are now completely out of luck.
According to an article over on Mashable and by way of TUAW, the Apple Developer site is displaying that all tickets for this years WWDC event have now sold out, that less than 24 hours after Apple made the dates announcement.
Apparently tickets for WWDC 2010 didn’t sell out until eight days, so it shows that here’s a great deal more interest in the event this year, perhaps those attending are still of the assumption Apple will unveil the iPhone 5, something that has been rumoured not to be happening at the event.
As far as we know, Apple will concentrate on iOS and Mac OS X Lion during WWDC 2011, but there’s always a chance no matter how slim, Apple could come up with a surprise or two, or maybe not.
Are you hoping that Apple will still unveil the next generation iPhone and perhaps iOS 5 at their developer conference?
